Happy with my flat stomach

Hi there,

Thought I would add another post now that the summer is almost over. In short,  I am still very happy with my flat stomach and abs. Are they perfect. Probably not but I like them. From time to time when I get a bit too lazy I just get out my little book and read up on Mike’s book ” The truth about six pack abs” and I am back on track. If you are a busy mum and on a budget, meaning cannot afford to hire a personal trainer and chef I would recommend that you check out Mike’s book ” The truth about six pack abs. For me it was worth the investment, cheaper than dinning out but more rewarding. At least that is my opinion.

How to get flat stomach now continues

Hello there,

Just tried on my new bikini and I like what I see. How to get flat stomach was not as difficult as I thought. Don’t get me wrong, it was not easy either but doable. I feel that I accomplished something.  But you are probably more interested in how I got there. I mentioned in my last entry that I purchased an ebook (an electronic book that you can download online.) Click here see the book that helped me get a flat stomach. The book is called the truth about six pack abs.  Now don’t let that scare you.  The truth about six pack abs by Mike Geary. is a book for women and men. I wish he would have called it something like how to get flat stomach.  The e-book is about a hundred pages long on how to get nice looking abs.

Mike Geary is a personal trainer.  What I like about him is that he’s low key and  has a nice voice to listen to.  You don’t feel like you’re being sold this miracle product like an infomercial.  He gives good advice on what exercises really make a difference to get a flat stomach.

He also talks about strength training which does not mean you have to start weightlifting now. This book goes beyond an exercise routine.  I actually think it’s a great motivator. It also talks about, no surprise here,  that you should eat a healthy diet.

So what I really like about this book is it reminds me of how easy it is to get started.   Mike mentions facts like in order to see your abs you actually have to lose some fat. Right he is. Just went on the scale and I lost a few ponds.

He also gives good tips on healthy carbs (unfortunately pasta is not one of them). One think I started doing is to start my day with an omelettes and some vegetables.  Even my husband started eating healthier.

Another eye opener was that you should not do situps and crunches. This was great news since I have some back issues. I’m so glad I started searching online that one night about how to get flat stomach.  It makes me happy that I finally found something to stick to without making big changes in my life. My husband likes it too. It has given our relationship a bit of lift. I think it comes from me being more relaxed and happy.   Anyway have to go now to go for a walk with my girl friends. I think that they are a bit jealous of my new me. I told them to give ebook (click here for the website) a try. Let’s see if they did.


Flat stomach and abs

Where was I? Yes, of course I remember!  This is why I feel so much better about myself now.   If you are looking for how to get flat stomach than you have come to the right place.

Here we go: So, there I was again, searching online for abs exercises. My husband recommended to search for six pack abs (he wanted to lose some of his belly fat too).  Yes, sometimes he has good ideas. I stumbled upon this website and ebook, called Truth about Six Pack Abs. Click here to see the book I am talking about.

If you’re like me, you’re probably one of the more skeptical people.  But at the same time I think it’s important to try new things especially when the things that you’ve done the past don’t really seem to work.

The site is actually pretty cool. I guess they’re saying all the right things to make it interesting.  But I thought,  it’s an e-book and I have access to it right away. The price isn’t that bad, less than a dinner for 2. You also get some bonus features.  So I decided to purchase it. Let me tell you it’s quite interesting. Click here for the website.

Hey Julie here,

Are you excited about getting ready for the beach this year? Well, I am for the first time in years. I am kind of excited that I even want to write about it. It’s because think I found the answer to how to get flat stomach now. I even named my blog after this.  So here is my uncensored story.

May be this sounds familiar; you see other moms around the pool and wonder how this women’s flat stomach can’t be yours. You are thinking she probably attended an abs training class at least 2 hours a day. Who has time for that? I certainly don’t .  Or may be she did one of these flat stomach diets where you just drink coffee and eat one carrot stick a day. Unfortunately, I can’t do it. I tried but I gave up after lunch the first day. Anyhow,  this is about how I got nice looking abs. It all started with my 100s search online on how to loose weight.  (Sorry have to go, have to get my kids of the bus.) More later.
